Unfortunately: Post Epidural (in the neck) headaches are a common adverse reaction! It's not unusual to have these headaches for a few weeks following the injection. If the headaches persist you should inform the Radiologist/ Pain Specialist who administered the injection! Hope this helps! Dr Z

This is not normal: Ruby, it is very unusual for you to have headaches after cervical epidural steroid injection. People with cervical disc problems can often have headaches and I wonder if you had headaches even before injection. If the headaches are worse when you are up but better when you lie down, then you may have spinal fluid leak headache from injection.
