Do you have to get tested , for you to be able to get any form of antibiotics or penicillin?

Usually you need: some clinical determination that you have an infection that will positively respond to an antibiotic medicine before you can get antibiotics in the USA. In other countries, you can self treat with certain (usu older) antibiotics, though there are problems. Allergic reaction, failure of treatment, harmful side effects and microbial development of resistance to antibiotics are other reasons.
