Please see a doctor: I'm wondering 'why' you can't swallow? If you have swelling in the back of your mouth -that would be very important to know. There are some respiratory infections that cause swelling there, so it's hard to swallow. What you don't want happening is that it blocks your breathing completely. Not sure if you have access to a doctor there, but I hope you could try to find someone to look in your mouth
