Poss Epidermal Cyst: A painless mobile lump with pinhole is consistent with a sebaceous/epidermal cyst. It might be bluish grey due to trauma/hematoma. I would recommend seeking medical attention if there > 2wks to confirm diagnosis, r/o other causes, and possibly having it drained before it becomes inflamed.
