How long on OCPs?: It can take your body 3+ months to adjust to all hormonal contraception, including birth control pills. It is not uncommon to get sxs irregular spotting/bleeding, Be sure to take your pill everyday, ideally around the same time. See your dr if sxs persist or worsen. You might need a higher dose of estrogen or older generation progestin.
