Could be: A kidney stone but I dont hear you saying you are in agony. Could be medication too. Are you taking anything? Would definitely see a doctor who will quickly rule out several things. We need our kidneys, so dont wait!

Infection!: You are describing what may be a urinary tract infection (Bladder/Kidney) or a vaginal infection or BOTH. You need an evaluation by your GYN or Family Health Care Provider.. CULTURES should be taken! In the meantime increase your fluid intake!! If you like Cranberry Juice that can sometimes help until you can arrange for a Medical Exam! Hope this heps! Dr Z
