See a doctor: Vaginal discharge with color suggests an infection, and if you are sexually active the most likely infections are STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Not having periods probably is a different problem. Presumably you would know if you were pregnant. Both these problems need professional medical evaluation; see a doctor or clinic ASAP. In the meantime, no sex, even with a regular partner. Good luck!

Vaginal discharge: If sexually active, check a pregnancy test, even if you use contraception (none is 100% perfect). Many things cause missed periods, but pregnancy is most common. Go see a doctor for evaluation and treatment of the discharge. It may be an infection. Hopefully something simple like yeast, but you don't want to miss something else like chlamydia which can affect your fertility later if left untreated
