I have whitish/reddish mucus discharge coming from my vagina. only when i wipe or touch my vaginal area. i had no period for 5 months, and i'm worried?

See a doctor: Vaginal discharge with color suggests an infection, and if you are sexually active the most likely infections are STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia. Not having periods probably is a different problem. Presumably you would know if you were pregnant. Both these problems need professional medical evaluation; see a doctor or clinic ASAP. Vaginal discharge: If sexually active, check a pregnancy test, even if you use contraception (none is 100% perfect). Many things cause missed periods, but pregnancy is most common.
