OTC Treatment: This can be any number of things, from an increase in normal discharge, to a yeast infection, to the discharge that comes along with STDs. We usually think of white, chunky discharge as representative of a yeast infection; treatment with a yeast infection cream available OTC may help. However, if you want a definitive answer, see you doctor for a test of the discharge.
