Not unless....: Unless your tubal liagtion failed (roughly 1 in 100 do) your chance of natural conception is zero. Since it is still possible for a ligation ("tied') to fail, you should test again in a few days, or get your doctor to do a blood test for pregnancy. Good wishes.
