Dizzy: Hard nose blowing can push air into the ear via the Eustachian tube and result in sudden increased middle ear pressure. As long as symptom resolve quickly, I would avoid aggressive noise blowing. See your doctor if dizziness continues, or hearing loss/ringing of the ears are noted. If dizziness is persistent you should see an ENT and audiologist.
