Get info on YOU!: Symptoms of kidney failure are pretty vague at first, including fatigue! (who doesn't get that from time to time?) the important thing is to learn the numbers that reflect your kidney function. If you are a diabetic, get a yearly urine test to assess the amount of microalbumin (protein) in your urine - it's your earliest indicator of problems. Watch your blood pressure, too! good luck.
