Most common: Is pregnancy. All of those symptoms are consistent with pregnancy. You may also need to check your prolactin level and other hormones that can cause lactation, which includes breast tumor though weight gain and vaginal discharge are not commonly associated with tumor. You need to see your healthcare provider to help you find the answer.
