Not likely: The FDA states there are no reports of congenital abnormalities when taking Cloxacillin while pregnant. Personally, I would try to avoid taking prolonged antibiotics while pregnant if at all possible. Check with your doctor who prescribed this to you and ask for an alternative to taking an antibiotic based on your condition. Many times superficial skin boils are drained and don't need antibiotics.
