Maybe. Maybe not.: There's always a chance of becoming a father when having sex, with or without birth control pills. So, if not married, settled down, and planning to start a family, use good forms of birth control methods properly... or keep the penis an adequate distance from the vagina. Starting the next pack of birth control pills late might not block ovulation, and where there's an egg, there could be a baby.
