Thx, i saw a urologist a few weeks ago, he did a brief prostate check, told me no infection and it would clear up, it hasn't, whats my next move?

Chronic pelvic pain?: You don't give much information, but at age 23 the most common need for a prostate exam is the chronic pelvic pain syndrome, sometimes called chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. If that's the problem, your urologist is correct. But there are other possibilities as well. Google CPPS (spell it out) for more information; and discuss with the urologist. Although CPPS is uncomfortable, it's harmless.
