Breast : It’s very unusual for eczema to occur on breast . Certain breast conditions can present as changes in breast skin . Please see your doctor for examination .

Examination needed: May be infected dermatitis but what you're describing isnt entirely typical of the more common nipple eczema. Recommend a GP assessment here as needs to be carefully examined and make sure no other underlying issues in the breast etc. All the best.
