Use pain meds: Hello, You will experience all sorts of discomfort during and sometimes after ovulation (could be due to irritation from free fluid irritating the lining inside). Try taking some ibuprofen to see if that relieves your pain. If pain persists or becomes unbearable, seek further care from your doctor. best wishes Dr M
