ECZEMA TREATMENT: Infant? Child? Adolescent? Adult? How long has the eczema been around? Where is it located? See a doctor for it, preferably a dermatologist. Meantime use a mild soap like dove or cetaphil & wash your linens in all-free & clear.

Best exercises: For optimal fitness you want to engage in at least 150 minutes of activity each week. These should be divided into 3 areas: 1) aerobic: jogging, hiking, treadmill, elliptical, etc. 2) strength: low-medium load weights for strength, upper & lower limbs; and 3) stretching or yoga for flexibility.

What is the best technique to put on contacts?

Dr. Alfred H. Rivera answered

Follow instructions.: The best technique is to follow the exact instructions explained to you by your eye doctor when he or she demonstrated to you how to insert and remove them at the time of your acquiring them. Even with that, some people just have a harder time than others, especially if they have long eyelashes. I am an ophthalmologist and i wear contact lenses at times. I am not very good at putting them on.
