Pregnancy test: Implantation bleeding occurs only when you are pregnant. Since you had a period and are on birth control pregnancy seems unlikely. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. If negative then it sounds like you are either just had some blood left over in the vagina from your period or that you are experiencing breakthrough bleeding.
