Pinches nerves?: Although it can be a vascular problem, it is more likely to be a pinched nerve. Obese patients are at higher risk of getting diabetes which is associated with peripheral neuropathy that can give similar symptoms. Also vitamin b12 deficiency can cause the same. If it is persistent, make sure to check with your pcp for specific recommendations.
