Stop the drug: Don't give him this drug, mosegor to stimulate his appetite please, it would do more harm than benefit, your son's weight is in low range, but it may be just how he is built and was gaining weight steadily , at this age they are picky eaters, follow up with his doctor, wish you both wellness
