Not herpes: Herpes lesions may burn, but genital burning without sores is definitely not herpes, despite what you can find online. And herpes symptoms don't last 2 weeks on and off. Finally, if it were herpes acyclovir would have cleared up the symptoms. The blood test shows you have HSV2, but apparently it is asymtpomatic, plus other cause for the burning sensation. Work with your doctor on this.
