Will getting tubes tied stop cysts? if not what can you do besides birth control?

No: Having your fallopian tubes tied prevents your eggs from traveling to the uterus, and prevents pregnancy, however it doesn't do anything to the ovary, so if you have problems with ovarian cysts it will not help with that. Sorry. Birth control pills are the usual treatment for recurring cysts.
