Doubt warts, see MD: The groin usually means where the thigh meets the abdomen. That's an unusual location for warts, and warts don't bleed or itch. So probably it's something else. (But HPV cause sall warts, so if you have warts, it's HPV.) Syphilis is much more rare and probably unlikely. Stop trying to guess or to figure it out on this or any other forum. See a doctor to learn what you have Good luck!
