I have a hydrocele that feels hard. i had an ultrasound 5 years ago, and it confirmed the hydrocele. how often do you need a follow up?

Routine follow up: If it proved to be hydrocele and tumor is ruled out you need follow in your regular health care check up visits, how ever it is going to get big , and uncomfortable then will need simple out patient procedure ( surgery )
