Nonspecific: The cause of his vomiting can be due to various things like virus infection, food poisoning or intolerance, inflamed stomach lining,etc. The odor of the vomitus is also nondiagnostic. Have him try drinking flat,room temperature ginger ale which can relieve nausea and vomiting. If symptoms persist or worsen, contact his physician.
