High BP: Both readings have parts that are high, but nothing dangerous. Normal BP should be <140/90, and we like to see readings closer to 120/70 ideally. BP fluctuates from moment to moment, so it is good you are tracking this over time. Take the BP in the morning, after sitting quietly for 10 min. To prevent hypertension, avoid salt and processed/fast foods. Exercise. Don't smoke. See your doc to review.
