Hard to say: It is quite common for pudgy kids to have their penile shaft hidden within fat pads.If he is nine and still carrying extra weight, he may carry it into adulthood and always have trouble with his appearance. If he slims down, the normalcy of his endowment can be more evident. Since the doc has actually examined him this sounds correct.There is work to do.
