Sad: It is normal to feel sad after losing a partner, to miss the good times you had with your partner and at college. Allow yourself to feel sad. There is no need to fix sadness. Do try to maintain healthy habits of eating good food, exercising daily, staying in contact with friends and family. If your sadness is severe, is disrupting your life or interfering with your work, seek help from a doctor.

Also see Comments: Sorry you are depressed. You are probably thinking bad or negative thoughts. These thoughts are usually unrealistic and needlessly pessimistic. Please don't harm yourself if feeling suicidal as with proper help and medication you will feel better. Unfortunately Egyptian society stigmatizes depression and there are no depression hotlines. This attitude extends to the healthcare system and doctors.
