See PCP or Derm: These are most likely to be a viral exanthem (skin rash caused by a virus) or papular urticaria (a special kind of hives that resembles bite reactions.) If extremely itchy, scabies should be ruled out. You are best seen by a primary care physician or dermatologist to distinguish the causes of the rash and treat.
