please describe the worst signs of liver disease?

Dr. Mark Kuhnke

Myriad: Liver disease, at it's worst, presents with a bloated abdomen, from an internal fluid build up called ascites. Also. Jaundice and easy bleeding and bruising are seen. Life threatening bleeding from engorged veins in the esophagus are a horrific problem. I hope this helps. Good luck.
