Speak with your doc: Xarelto can be a great, life-saving medicine if taken by the right person, but I am very worried what might happen if you fall and hit your head while taking Xarelto. It can cause deadly bleeding. Please speak with your doctor who prescribes your Xarelto and let them about your alcohol use. Also please speak with your doctor about doing a walking and coordination exam, and about fall prevention.
