Quite variable: This depends on both the medicine and the person taking it. Some folks can take almost any medicine with an empty stomach and have no problem while others have very sensitive stomachs. Almost any med can cause nausea but some cause it much more frequently than others. For some people and meds a piece of fruit or a few crackers may be enough, for others it may be best after a full meal. Experiment!
