Sxs: Symptoms of ulcers can include pain in the upper part of the abdomen or in the chest; feeling full easily; nausea and possibly vomiting (which can contain blood). The pain can wake a person from sleep at night. The person may feel hungry often (like one hour to several hours after eating). This can be accompanied by weight loss and fatigue. If an ulcer is in the stomach, eating can make it feel.
