Is ultram for a few days contraindicated if you have benign intercranial hypertension?

Depends: Ultram itself is not contraindicated, however, pain is a sign that something maybe getting worse. i.e. the pressure is going up. If you have Idiopathic intracranial hypertension and the pain is increase you should see your neurologist and ophthalmologist.
