Normal: ALthough your tubes are tied, you still have hormones and cycle normally. Increased discharge in preparation for pregnancy causes the normal vaginal discharge to thicken and increase, which is what you are seeing and it sounds like you may be having period pains. It should all settle down after period. If not and there is risk of std, see doc.

Hard to say: but you could have a pelvic infection. You should check with your GYN or Family Physician as soon as practicable! Hope this helps! Dr Z
