Recovery from GI bug: Yes, this is a normal part of your recovery - after what sounds like quite a severe case of gastroenteritis. I would just 'take it easy' as much as you can. Smaller portions may help...and easily digestible foods too - such as chicken soup, rice porridge (yum!) or fluids. A favorite of mine is coconut water for example. Now that the fever is gone, 100% recovery is guaranteed... It just takes time.
