Fitness over Form: You can do exercises to make your legs strong and flexible. That is more important. Think about function rather than form. Do you have any concerns about anorexia nervosa? If you find yourself thinking a lot about your weight, size, and appearance, you may want to consult with a counselor, or psychologist to make sure your concerns aren't interfering with other aspects of your life and health.
