See Clinician: Cramping is not uncommon when starting/restarting an oral contraceptive. See your clinician if cramping persists, becomes severe, or recurs more than three months on pill. However, a creamy discharge could be due to several different conditions - normal physiologic, yeast, bacterial vaginosis, etc. If discharge is bothersome or persists, see your clinician for evaluation and appropriate testing

I just got my first dose of the Depo-Provera shot about 3 weeks ago and my periods now late and i had brown discharge for about a day with some cramps.
Since April 21. I do cramp and have brown discharge. No blood no period. Is this the hormonal change of Depo-Provera or should I be worried?
