Spotting post period: Could be variation,could be infection, vaginitis( yeast, mycoplasma,/ureoplasma). If you are sexually active could also be related to pregnancy (rarely you can have a period when pregnant especially in the first month).Check urine blood HCG, Follow up with doctor/urgent care
