Calf atrophy: With one leg longer, your gait will not be perfectly symmetrical and one side could get a relative muscle hypertrophy. Targeted calf exercises will help. Rise on toes standing on that foot. Discuss at your next checkup - please schedule one.

? Tethered cord: It is possible with some muscle after fee that you have a partially tethered spinal cord. I would advise you to see a neurosurgeon as soon as possible. You will need some studies done and possible surgery. Hopefully this would prevent any further atrophy?
