It's mathematics: Any damage done at 3 weeks will occur in a cell that is still destined to divide into so many cells that they will make up too large a percentage of the final organisnm for it to survive. Bottom line: if there was any damage you will probably miscarry; if not, the baby should be ok. If you make it to 20 weeks, see an obstetrician who specializes in high risk pregnancies.
