Nausea?: I think you are referring to nausea. Consider seeing a gastroenterologist to investigate the issue. Hormone levels on Nuvaring do not fluctuate -- they remain consistent for the 21 days that it is present so there is not a hormonal change in the mid cycle making Nuvaring an unlikely cause of this issue.
