A member asked:

My bp, normally 160/90 is now 123/63 after a month of exercise. is that normal? i'm 26 and 350lb on atenolol and losartan.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Fat is an impediment to normal circulation causing increased resistance and higher BP. Keep loosing the weight. You have a way to go unless you are 7 and a half feet tall. As you lose weight your med requirements will decrease. Congratulations!
