I am getting low back pain when i bend and get up with out folding knees. if i bend knees then no pain. mild pain is present if i sit idle also.

Tight muscles: What you describe could be due to tight muscles in your back or tight hip flexors. When you sit, that muscle tightens up. With your legs bent it is under less stress. With the leg straight it may pole on your spine and your legs. Try stretching exercises for the hip flexor and low back.
