Only way to find out: is to get scanned. A stroke is a medical emergency. Call your doctor. If he/she doesn't think you need to go to an ER, go anyway. Migrainous strokes are usually quite small but still not to be taken lightly. A CT is likely inadequate: for migrainous strokes, MRI is the test of choice. I hate unnecessary testing, so if I'M telling you to get scanned, you know I'm concerned.
