I had a bad headache and it "felt" like my bp was high. can we "feel" high bp and would it cause a headache? surprisingly my bp was only 112/75.

BP can cause HA.: Elevated blood pressure numbers, possibly as low as 140/80 if said numbers increase rapidly, can cause a headache. But not all headaches are due to high blood pressure numbers. If this recurs, you may want to investigate other causes of your headache. Those blood pressure numbers are really quite good.
