Don't Worry: Periods that get shorter in duration with decreased flow is NOT consistent with endometrial hyperplasia/dyspasia (precursor to endometrial or uterine cancer). Menstrual changes are not associated with ovarian cancer. Both uterine cancer or ovarian cancer are extremely rare in premenopausal women, especially someone your young age. Focus on eating healthy and exercising regularly.
