Hi dr age 26 i have small cut in tip of penis (front side glan with metus)since last 1 yr which is not heal.what should i do ?

Urologist: I would see a urologist, you don't mention any trauma to the area. A non-healing wound is always concerning. Chronic infection is most likely, but there is also a cancer which could do this. Penile cancer in your age group is rare, the vast majority of cases are in men over the age of 55. Doctor should do a culture, and if no other cause is found a biopsy could be done.
