Left sided pain: Of magnitude requiring pain medication needs to be evaluated and a source found. This is something that needs to be evaluated today by your doctor or in an ER.

Need more info: I need to know how old are you?are you breast feeding ? or do you have any sores in your breast or nipples if it is that painful you need to be checked for infection(could be lymph nodes
